U-Lock Basics

Our units have concrete floors, steel walls and roll up doors. The units are 10' high inside. There is a light in each unit. There are lights on the outside of all buildings and video cameras which are recording 24-hours a day.

The lease is a one-month lease. We do not send bills. Payment is due by the 1st of each month. There is a five-day grace period for payments. If we do not receive the payment before the 6th of the month, the unit is over-locked and a $2 per day late fee becomes effective until paid in full.

If your unit becomes over-locked, you must pay the total amount due by cash or money order to have the over-lock removed within 24 hours. If paid by check, the over-lock will not be removed for 2 weeks. No credit/debit card payments will be accepted on over-locked units.

If you choose to pay one year, in advance, you receive one month free, and a reminder call or letter.

It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete the lease process. The lease must be completed in person at our office. You will need to provide us with a valid photo I.D. when signing up for a unit.

Our driveways will be kept clean and plowed in the winter. The tenant will be responsible for keeping each individual doorway clean and free from snow.
